You must go through your manager who will then go to your peer's manager who will then speak to your peer and so on. Depending on your manager it could be better or worse. I got lucky. They more or less promote from within, but only if you're a favorite regardless of job performance. Cons: Company culture is extremely political. I'm told this is standard for pharma, but that doesn't make it okay. Raises and promotions have nothing to do with job performance but all in who you're friends with. Revolving door of people at the top. Management is highly disorganized, no clear structure or plan. Departments are siloed and communication and information sharing is virtually nonexistent. Rather than find root causes to issues more often than not they just replace things and keep moving because downtime is so costly. No training or development plan for employees. I got told last review that everyone got the same raise regardless of the year's performance. Extremely demotivating. Pay is terrible. It is fast food paced but it is phlebotomy. Donors are mean, impatient and violent at times. Management is unsupportive and favoritism is a serious problem. People that have worked a week will be promoted over people that have been there for years. Hours are terrible. You are either waking up at 3 a.m to go to work or not getting off until 9 at night. There is forced overtime and you will never get off on time. Frequently you will be at work until 9 at night and then hVe to get up at 3 a.m to go back. The pay is TERRIBLE. Raises are $0.30 a year. Save yourself and find another job Benefits are really good No bathroom breaks no access to water.
