Interesting but stressful

There was always something new to learn from. Never a dull moment. Some leads were eager to teach and role model. Eventhough it was a fun workplace, always had to keep an eye on gossipers or people who should syav you in the back.

Don't expect a great onboarding experience
|
Worked on a global team which was a very positive experience, as I learned a lot from all of my colleagues. I also learned a great deal from our CRO colleagues. Their work ethic, extensive knowledge, and work performance were excellent.
As this is a Japanese-owned company, scheduling meeting times for employees on EST in the U.S. was a challenge.

Worked remotely 100% of time, easy to get approval for medical appointments, etc. During my last year there, I had a wonderful manager. She was a "5 out of 5 stars".
|
Onboarding was a bad experience, as I received very little training and had no mentor. It was extremely frustrating.

They literally kill their patients. How do you think they treat their employees? I'll give you a hint. Not very well. Terrible middle management and insincere and manipulative upper management, resulting in an incredibly poor work environment.

Good location although a bit of a pain to get to in rush hour round the ring road. Good benefits, generous salary, nice on site restaurant. Senior management not always approachable but most were, tended to be the minority who weren’t.
