If you are a woman at Kintone you will not be promoted past an associate role. Leadership has no idea what they are doing, they are unqualified (no degrees or experience) and there is no potential for growth across the company. Your career will suffer here as will your morale, no one is motivated as they don't set any goals to achieve. HR turns a blind eye to any complaints about management and is cheap, no company perks.
