The culture is very collegial, and people are typically nicer than average. The benefits are above average, but are generally balanced by lower than average salaries and bonuses. Employee longevity is high, reflecting how much employees like working there. There are more 20+ year employees there than most companies. Once reaching the Director level (or higher), long hours are expected. Adding headcount requires approval from Japan, and is very rare. You might get the opportunity to meet direct manager if they have come down from SYD to MELB. Sink or swim environment hardly any on job training as they just had wiped out alot of staff prior to myself starting. Was promised that they would keep me on board but a further reshuffle concluded in being made redundant.
