From the moment I joined the company I could tell the company had a great culture, everyone was friendly and helpful. It's on the smaller side you there's tons of opportunities for advancement.

The company is growing really fast but the growth is not reflected on more employees, so the workload is very high. Hard to change teams as everyone is stretched out thin
