Written up for false accusations.
|
Loved the job and the people I worked with. When the new company took over, new workers were hired and quickly fired but not without them leaving the long haul workers hurt. False accusations made and believed even with proof it never occured.

Exelente lugar para laborar, si te pones las pilas puedes llegar a crecer en un tiempo relativamente corto.
|
- un día normal en t/m llegas unos 10 min más temprano te tomas un café, se hace la hora de empezar a trabajar, por lo regular ya tienes tu orden de trabajo detallada con lo que se va a hacer, no tienes a un jefe respirandote al oído como en muchos trabajos.
- se aprende a trabajar en equipo, en general todo mundo te brinda apoyo si lo necesitas.
-los administrativos que laboran son respetuosos, te saludan y hasta te sacan plática, no sientes esa discriminación como en otros lugares.
- la cultura de la empresa es de mejorar continuamente, te dan lo que necesitas para hacer tus actividades sin mayor problema.
-pues realmente no veo algo difícil, si te gusta trabajar y te gustaría crecer este es el lugar.
-la empresa es realmente buena, buen ambiente de trabajo, pocos empleados, buenas prestaciones, no es muy famosa en el sentido de que todo mundo la conozca, pero es un buen lugar para trabajar y crecer.

no room for advancement, minimal pay increases once you reach top pay.every year insurance prices rise, benefits drop, and any "raise" you get you loose plus some with the increasing insurance prices.

Management is misguided, but the pay can make up
|
MacTac is a decent place to work. The environment can be hot, loud, dirty. Management is difficult. The work I do is quite physical, which I enjoy but not for everyone, but some jobs in the facility are less physical. Coworkers are very kind, helpful. Time off and pay are generous. Often required overtime.
