The work load is a manageable level.
The niche markets has allowed the company to weather the pandemic storm pretty well
|
The Admin staff have worked 10+ years in their job and they are the only ones who can operate the ERP software.
As a result, management does not have much control of the admin staff.
I.e. late daily, missing often and simple errors are commonly not addressed due to the imbalance of power.
