The stressful part would be compensation, but given location is outside of city, cost of living would not be a concern.

I would not recommend. High turnover, not good training and you will never gain full authority in so will forever be micromanaged. Terrible environment.

Tienen buen ambiente, buenas políticas laborales y buen sueldo. Sin embargo, sí hay mucho trabajo algunas veces habrá que extender tus horas laborales. Podría mejorar la comunicación pero la verdad me pareció un excelente lugar de trabajo.
