Favoritismo ao extremo, trabalhei diretamente com a equipe de acessibilidade, onde as pesssoas com deficiência eram altamente protegidas podendo dessa forma falar e fazer o que quiserem porque o que falavam e faziam era lei e assim prejudicavam as pessoas que não tem deficiência. A liderança tinha favoritismo, quando tinha sorteio de cursos e as pessoas se candidatavam era escolhido a gosto do líder. Era "esquecido" de fazer a avaliação de desempenho do profissional, sendo que era uma regra bem clara que a liderança deveria seguir, mas no entanto essa regra era seguida quando a pessoa era a preferida. No dia do meu desligamento eles não sabiam com quem estavam falando, pois me disseram que eu trabalhava muitos anos com eles e depois de inúmeros feedbacks sem sucessos resolveram me desligar, mas eu tinha apenas um ano de empresa e nunca havia recebido um feedback negativo e trabalhava por 3 pessoas para poder segurar meu emprego. Além disso te contratam como júnior mesmo você tendo mais de 10 anos de experiência com formação na área enquanto que uma pessoa formada em letras recebe mais e não tem nem 1/10 da sua experiência. I was part of a larger team in Canberra but did not meet my team until I was least 6 months into my employment and during my two years only met them 3 times. My very first day, my supervisor drove me from the headquarters to the client site where I was stationed and left me there with no way to get back to my car so that I could go home. My induction was non-existent and NTT offered me zero training or upskilling despite me even getting employee of the month. I was so desperate for the training that my team were receiving that my supervisor eventually told me to stop asking.
