Harrass customers, behind on the technology curve. Billing team are bullies and dont value their customers, and are even hostile to them. Management doesnt know how to deal with the employees or their customers. A LOT of turnover. Wasteful spending on needless security instead of on marketing and working to build up customer base.

派遣で大阪京橋のKDDIのコールセンターで働いておりますが、研修のいい加減さとテキトーさには驚きました。
他の地域のKDDIは分かりませんが、当たり前に研修をしているほうが教えるべき範疇のことも教えないために、研修を受けているほうが質問して聞かないといけません。
研修の資料だけ渡して研修の時間を自習の時間にしたほうが良いくらいです。
