- Friendly atmosphere than other companies(Osaka head office would be nicer than Tokyo).
-If you join as a freshman right after graduating, you will be treated nice and have chances to be promoted easily.

- Most of top managers were freshman starters, which means they know only Capcom, not enough flexibility, tend to avoid new ideas.
- Take too long time to make decisions.
- Lower salary compared with other gaming companies
