The food is nice, the place is nice, the colleagues are smart

There is almost nothing to do for interns, treat it as a vacation more than a place where to learn a job, because it's also almost impossible to get hired after. The company only hire people with min 5 years of experience. There is a huge gap between the age of the interns and the employees, which are almost all over 40,

I don't have advices but a question: what is the purpose of the interns? A huge amount of interns is taken but almost nobody get hired, therefore there is no incentive to teach them and the company knows it. Waste of time, money and resources. At least Vienna is pretty to see.
