I’ve never worked for a company where people aren’t important. HR, District managers, and corporate offices simply don’t respond to pressing things. Whether payroll issues, issues with harassment, or general safety concerns. Intense lack of communication and they will actually chastise you for having the audacity to bother them since they have “heavy workloads.” They pass the buck to different people and HR stands only by corporate leaders. Store level employees do not matter across the entire company, it’s not isolated. Corporate leaders also don’t communicate very important dates until the last minute and expect you to accommodate. Treat those people better and actually advocate for those who make the company profit. Simply care. Finally, stop making excuses for the high turnover rate, people like to work for good people. Troppo turnover di personale, pochi appassionati, store manager e brand manager per esperienza personale molto inadeguati.
