Ok, but the particular agency was fishy.
|
The hours were nice, but the pay was minimum and I was asked to forge client signatures on subscription agreements. I was also told to leave information out on life insurance applications.

Great company

Great company but the customers can be brutal. Call center and calls are always back to back which makes it mentally exhausting. Farmers has great benefits and the supervisors are great.

Okay base pay and itâs hard to get commission. You only make abt 4% of it and the leads are cheap meaning the people u get to call arenât really looking for insurance.

Workload when there is employee turnover as replacement takes months and workload volume spikes.

Respectful and open, department outings can be very fun.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Process incoming calls, emails and claims communications. Self-scheduled inspections throughout the day. Inspect damages, make coverage determinations and go over resolution with the customer. Document the claim and resolution.

To be fair to Farmers, this just wasn't the job for me.
|
The Job itself that I do, I think you really have to love this kind of work otherwise you will get burnt out really fast, and its exhausting. The day to day of it will wear you down if you really don't just absolutely love it, and the micromanagement is everywhere.
