If your not the boss's friends you can be top picker in the data, but that's about it.

The associates on the floor, the pallet jacks are fun to drive

No paid holidays (There once was a few but they have been removed and associates must use their own PTO if they want to get paid on those days),
If you aren't friends with management you can have the highest productivity numbers but you will be used for the brunt work everyday.
HR has no problem lying to associates rather then address their concerns.
Associates with injury's or COVID can be written up for not preforming well in the LMS system. This is reviewed weekly. This creates lack of job security and punishment for injury's or illnesses.
Management is passive rather then direct, and there's no accountability for management.
Management will put injured people with doctors notes or ongoing injury's on the physical jobs month after month so their favorites can chitchat.
