Superviseur je récupère mais équipe je leur fait un briefing je l’est met en place je regarde les priorités je lance les ligne de production je reste derrière eux en cas d’erreur de produits je reste en contact du chargeur pour n’importe quel demande je passe voir chaque agent pour savoir si tout se passe bien je remplace si une personne a besoin de se retirer.

Quick money - not a long term postion
|
A typical day would look like me walking into the bulding getting past security puttibg my things in my locker making sure im layered ip for the freezing temperatures getting my bagde scaneeed washing my hands and getting on the floor . Once on the floor begins the confusion. Usually theres so form of a meeting afterwards , people who usually work together link up together pick a line work with the manager they usually work with and go from there .
Its like an invisible rule if you come in after all the lines are filled you work in the freezer part of the warehouse where you box frozen food on an assembly line .
We have to come maybe 10-30 different orders ranging from 300-500 bags we have to fill on a line box up and repeat after all the orders are filled usually we are sent home early or sent to the freezer part of the store .
What i learned from this job ,
Is that you never know who you are working next to , there sre all kindas of people that work there from different kinds of background and its imparative to be smart & cautious . Be professional avoid personal relationships or cliques.
Management
- lack of clear order . Just standing around and speaking at you but no structure to what is going on day to day . No outline or plan .
The hardest part of the job
Is the the temperature and standing in one spot doing repetitive work putting a fruit in a paper bag and pushing it to the side of you to the person standing next to you for 10hrs 500+ times .
The most enjoyable part of the job
Would have to be the people that i met and the conversations that really helped me get through my shift .

It is a very hog wash working environment with no set rules as the rules are made as they go based on suitability.

Never a good environment to work with bad management and unprofessional treatment of associates.

The management treat the associates so bad as if they are non essentials.

Very toxic with little or no adequate help from human resources and upper management. No regards for the associates.

Resumes the shift by correcting the bad GMP practices from the previous shift. Had to deal with constant quality issues with production department as they always disregard GMP all through the shift . HelloFresh is the only company that places more emphasis of production with little emphasis on quality.
