It was needed, there was large focus on upsell and cross sell the last couple years and a shift to net new logo needs to roll back qin. The Enterprise team is rebuilding but we have good leadership and it’s going on the right direction. 2024 strategy is being discussed and plans and being made to set us up for success.||Change is hard. Ambiguity is tough. Environment is much more like a start up and things move fast. Good insurance and decent PTO.||Too many changes. Recently got rid of an SMB team and turned it into inside sales. Nice to know I got demoted. The pay is terrible, and commission targets are awfully unrealistic. There’s one maybe two people that are succeeding right now, everyone else is struggling to make stuff happen. Free food options on some days.||I chose to ignore the bad reviews about this company when I was offered a job and I regret ignoring them. All of the top talent is leaving or has left because they treat their employees really badly. Wild snakes enter the office and have to be captured regularly. They forced a pregnant woman with chronic sickness to come in every day and prohibited her from working at home, she had to throw up in the work bathroom. Not enough people work in the other teams so your job is also to do theirs. Each team plays different music at the same time so it’s sensory overload while you’re supposed to make phone calls in the office. They make empty reward promises. My coworker earned rewards by hitting goals and they retracted them after they were earned. They added more sales reps to divide the earning potential for all the reps. They just made the job 100% onsite. Moving from a transaction based sales model to an enterprise style has been painful, but that's where the best opportunity is created. Leadership in Germany is listening and that has to do with trust in the Americas team. We had to earn it first. Compensation, sales leadership, territory and GTM changes are all happening in real time, and all of it is heading in the right direction. TeamViewer earned the mistrust of the past. They seem to be trying to earn back the trust. Other things: - the benefits are the best I've ever seen. The BEST. -leadership will listen if you are not complaining -new sales leadership is being listened to||If you're not ready to take advantage of what's ahead and not listen to what's the past was like, don't come here. I don't think we're finished with the changes we need to make to emerge from a difficult 2022/23. We still have a ways to go in fine tuning our sales GTM (comp plan improvement, partner approach, strategic partnering...). Germany is still running the show for better or worse, but as I said, we can earn our way out of that. Sales people are still not thrilled being here, some may never be.
