Pretty good place to work, relaxed and chill environment, great pay (50,000 annum, 10% bonus). Can be a bit too cliquey, if you aren’t social then don’t expect any promotions etc

Inadmissible enfin bon de toute façon nous l'aurons rien compris. Il notait déjà à la tête et là c'est encore pire.

The branch manager was unprofessional, not supportive of their staff and did not lead by example
This also extended to higher management. keep your mouth shut you’ll be ok.
They don’t like you to have an opion .
Worse management l have ever had to work under.

Management are awful, there is a lot of favourtism and unfair treatment in the company, you will have to go above and beyond at every opportunity to make sure everyone around you is treated like royalty (especially management)

Nepotism who’s connected to who

High school mentality with minimum pay. Work is difficult but they make a simple job hard. You have to be friends with management to get promoted. It was disorganised, underpaid and there was a very toxic culture. This was honestly the worst job I’ve ever had! The staff turnover was unbelievable which tells you everything you need to know about the place. You do not get proper training, you only progress if you are one of the favourites The pay is honestly terrible for the amount of work they expect you to do. Phone call after phone call while dealing with face to face customers and zero back up when things go wrong. Insults as way of banter are condoned and encouraged by managers. Strange sense of humour! expect your mental health to really suffer. All I can say is avoid like the plague!
