Awful management, new people employed all the time and people leave or are dropped constantly
Decisions changed very last minute and not thought through
No future thinking e.g. sustainability - a lot of greenwashing
Just out to make money from mediocre product that is not needed
No innovation just following bigger brands like Zara's lead, another fast turnover company that is not needed.
