Eugene Grinberg is Co-founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Solve Advisors. He draws on more than 15 years developing enterprise financial technology; structuring, modeling, and assessing relative value opportunities; and building analytics for structured products and other illiquid investments.
Prior to co-founding Solve, Eugene was Vice President and Co-Head of Analytics at Houlihan Lokey (Red Pine Advisors), where he conducted valuations and built analytical tools to price complex and illiquid securities. He also previously held roles as Vice President of Financial Engineering at Duff & Phelps, conducting valuations of complex securities, and as Head of Information Services and Vice President of Structured Credit at ACA Capital, building systems to manage more than $90 billion AUM.
Eugene earned his Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Cooper Union Albert Nerken School of Engineering.
